Family Spring Break 2011
Spring Break is over for us this year.
We were able to spend time with our family and friends. My baby brother "C" is now almost 3 months and so much bigger than the last time I saw him...granted, that was 2 days after he was born but wow, babies grow faster than I remember! If I'm not blessed with having a son of my own, I'm more than blessed with him (plus my own daughter of course.)
It was so nice to see my little one interact with "C." I was in church that she is very mothering to others but to actually see it was something else. She would put out her arms when she wanted to hold him, cover his legs with his blanket, try to put his pacifier in...the list goes on. She'll make a great big sister one day!
We were also able to go to church, which has been really hard for us to do since we moved from home. We met several times with our church family outside of service to help us with some of the problems we have been struggling with. It was a humbling and refreshing experience. At the end of the day, we're a work in progress, as a couple and as individuals and I'm fine with that! Just have to push that pride aside and ask for help sometimes. Now, we're back home and starting to pack for our big move. I will tell you all about it later.
