The "Swim On" cap fits over virtually every hair style including weaves, extensions, and dreadlocks. It prevents women from having to waste time or money re-styling our hair when all we want to do is enjoy the beach, pool, or even go on vacation.
Most people with long or thick hair struggle with standard size swim caps. They are always are too small for our hair, leaving some of it exposed to water when we go swimming. How long have we wished there was a swim cap large enough to fit our luscious tresses? And how many of us avoid the water altogether because of it?!

I have been struggling with tooth sensitivity for some time now. Cold, heat, and sweets have not been my friend!
As a frugal shopper, I would generally buy any brand toothpaste that was on sale that week. After some time, I realized that they were just aggravating my sensitivity rather than addressing it. It has been hard to find dental products that work for me while still being affordable. Did I mention that my hubby has to like it too?! Needless to say, some worked okay for me but nothing for hubby. I was so excited to get to try out this new toothpaste from Colgate that addresses both of our needs.
Beautiful and talented, Sheila Walsh was at the pinnacle of her career, appearing daily on television as cohost of The 700 Club. One day she found herself walking away from it all and checking in to a psychiatric hospital, where she stayed for a month.
"Loved Back to Life: How I Found the Courage to Live Free" is the newest book by Sheila Walsh. It follows her struggle with depression, something near and dear to my heart. At a time when she seemed to have it all, she was struggling. She shares her story of coming to her lowest point, her journey to living again and how God was with her all along the way. This book may sound familiar to her fans. This is the update to her 1996 book, Honestly. In "Loved Back to Life" we get to see how far she has come almost 20 years later.

I love this book. I grew up in a home where Christ like relationships were not modeled for me. There were a few moments of joy sprinkled in between a lot of disconnect and pain. I never want that for my own kids.
As an adult, I have struggled with trying to become a godly mother and wife (a work in progress.) This book shows that it is possible if you are intentional.. It shows how to take steps to make a joyful home a reality for all of us.
The book covers twelve virtues to share and grow with your family:
Over the course of a year you can go through one virtue a month, planting these deep in the hearts of your children. With fun activities and engaging conversations you can show them what it means to honor God. There is also catch phrases, discussion questions, Scripture memory verses, and virtue definitions to help you along the way.
Easy to read and fun to do together, this is a book I highly recommend and will be referring back to often.
Disclosure: I received a complimentary review copy. All opinions are mine.
