"Intentional." Merriam-Webster.com. Merriam-Webster, n.d. Web. 11 Jan. 2016. .
One of my goals this year is to be more intentional in the time that I spend with my kids, especially Princess A. With her being in first grade, she now spends the majority of her day in school. Most of our evenings are spent completing homework and getting ready for the next day. I would love to set aside time for us to spend together in a meaningful way.

I have a Pinterest board devoted to mommy-daughter dates and other helpful parenting information, but I never seem to put something solid together. My church has added a wonderful collection of christian books to it's family center where I found this treasure.

Just Add Family: Easy Recipes for Faith-Filled Fun by Kurt & Olivia Bruner
It includes 48 "recipe" cards for faith based fun at bedtime, mealtime, playtime, anytime and holidays. There is also a memory "pantry" box where you can store/scrapbook photos and notes about the fun you are having.

It really does look cute and just what I was looking for. I cannot wait to get started!

In the comments, let me know how you are intentional with your kids.
