One of the things that is my goal to improve my skills on is baking. Part of it is due to not taking the time to learn and the other is not having the right tools on hand. I can make a great red-velvet cupcake though (with the help of my trusty Food Network recipe.) I have always heard great things about cooking with silicone but never looked into it. I was excited when I got the opportunity to test some out for myself.
