Our Cow Appreciation Day Experience

by - Saturday, July 14, 2012

Yesterday was Chick-fil-a's annual Cow Appreciation Day. Customers dressed up as a cow (full or partial costume) received free entrees and meals. This year I decided to partcipate and dress up our little girl. I downloaded the cow starter kit from the Cow Appreciation website and put these cute items together.

I paired it with a white shirt and black pants. It came out really cute.

Hubby was a little reluctant to dress her up thinking we'd be the only ones in costume. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, there were already people in costume. Everyone loved her costume and said she was so cute. The little scored a free 6 piece kids meal and a cow plush. Hubby also bought some sundaes for us. It was a really nice time.

She did get to see the Chick-fil-a cow when he came by the table to say hi. She was scared and wouldn't look at him, lol. She did wave bye, though, as we walked out the door to go home.

Did your family participate his year or done it in the past?
